Art As Therapy: Interactive Art Series
ART (Art As Therapy), is a specially designed program that brings up to 20 participants together over the course of three weeks for 3 x 2 hr experiences. All participants receive a Art As Therapy Kit, including art supplies and resourcing tools. With both interactive elements as well as time for individual reflection, join Registered Art Therapist, Nikki Featherstone, and Teresa Yung, Founder of the Trauma Project in a space for trauma and art. Sharing is optional. No previous art experience necessary, all are welcome.
Trauma Empowerment Allyship (August Meetup)
Join the Trauma Empowerment Allyship for their monthly TEA Time. This is a peer -to-peer support group for those who have experienced trauma. Each month will share on a particular theme and create space for participants to share. Meetings will be held over zoom with cameras optional on or off.

Art Recognizes Trauma: Interactive Art Series
ART (Art Recognizes Trauma), is a specially designed program that brings up to 20 participants together over the course of three weeks for 3 x 90 minute experiences. All participants will receive a Trauma Project Art Therapy Kit, including art supplies and a surprise canvas. With both interactive elements as well as time for individual reflection, Registered Art Therapist and LFMT Caitlin Murphy, creates space to integrate with art. The program culminates in an optional group sharing. No previous art experience necessary, all are welcome.
